Return Policy 

Refund policy

Due to product availability, we do not provide refunds; instead, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card. Our policy is valid for 14 days, including weekends. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered. Once your return request is approved through our portal, make sure to postmark or ship your return package within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be on you.

We do not offer exchanges for orders. If you wish to get a different size or color, please return the item you do not want and submit a new order.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached. A credit will not be issued if an item is returned in less-than-perfect condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping for items. Once we receive your returned package, we will process your store credit gift card within 7-10 business days and notify you via email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance for any returns made through your chosen carrier. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the arrival date of returned items. Each item is thoroughly inspected and shipped by us to ensure there are no defects. We encourage you to double-check your purchase and adhere to the size charts before placing your order. Please note that items marked as “Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit

To be eligible for a store credit gift card:

You must initiate your return process here within 14 days of receiving the item. Once approved, your return package should be postmarked or shipped within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns sent back without prior authorization, approval, or after the 15-day period from delivery will not be accepted. Please note that items cannot be dropped off in person and must be mailed to the address provided upon approval of your return request.

All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in new condition with tags still attached.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
- There should be no visible makeup or deodorant stains on the item.

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale.
- PR items, free gifts, promotional items, worn items, and items from pop-up shop sales, damaged,sent free,and bodysuits.

If the returned item does not comply with these conditions, we will be unable to issue a credit.

RETURN REQUEST:

- Once we receive your return request, it will be reviewed for approval. If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Store credit will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.

- Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

- Important: Returns initiated outside of our returns portal will not be eligible for store credit or gift cards.

International Orders: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted on international shipments.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order at helpmeshesspoiled@gmail.com. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Goods: She's Spoiled Boutique is not responsible for delays in delivery due to lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages, incorrect shipping addresses (the address entered at the time of purchase is the one we will ship to), or delays caused by the shipping courier/service. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delivery issues. If your item is lost or stolen,  She’s Spoiled Boutiqueis not liable for the cost of the item. In such cases, please contact your local post office for assistance in tracking the missing item.

Returns and Refunds (Klarna Purchases): For purchases made via Klarna, customers have at least 14 days after receiving the product to initiate a refund with no extra cost (e.g., restocking fee, shipping).
