Shipping policy

Shipping

We know how exciting it is to receive new packages, so we work to get your order processed as soon as possible. All orders are processed and verified within 3-7 business days and shipping transit time is 2-7 business days with the exception of Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holidays & Busy times.

During these times there is a possibility that order processing may take longer. However, shipping services are upgraded to priority mail to ensure your order reaches to you within our guidelines. 

Once processed please allow 3- 7 business days for your item to reach your destination. You will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number once your product has been processed for shipment.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

Pre-orders

  • Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing, and 7-10 business days for your item to arrive to its destination.
  • Please create a separate order for any non pre orders items in your cart if you desire two separate shipments. 

International shipping charges & time vary depending on the package's location and weight. Your total shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your purchased items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

She's Spoiled is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, She's Spoiled will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Damaged Products and Incorrect Orders

Shs's Spoiled carefully inspects all orders before shipping. We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged product.   For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping shipping to notify them. If you feel your order is incorrect you must contact us by  email within 7 days of receiving your order to  customerservice@shesspoiledboutiquecom.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
